What is Scroll Lock?

A really funny key on the keyboard to press, I haven't noticed it working - I've only seen the light it makes.

Quite handy tool for Microsoft Excel. Basically if you have that thing on, you can scroll around the spreadsheet without having to move the selection on a cell.
