Stands for "Subversive Chopper Urban Legion" A bicycle choppergang that rides out of Boston. They've ridden radically modified bicycles most Saturdays from April Fools to Halloween for almost 10 years. See also Rat Patrol, Chunk666 and Black Label Bicycle Club

I just finished my new tallbike and I'm going to christen it for the SCUL ride this Saturnight.
