Scurbed is a word used to describe the feeling of paranoia associated with the habitual smoking of marijuana, or "ganja". When one gets scurbed, it is usually pointless and short lived.
"Yo the other day me and the mrs. were smoking that green and driving around. I saw this cat and got mad scurbed cuz I thought it was working for the cops."
