A mental disorder shared largely by inner city residents. Symptoms usually include the following:

1: Usually desires to live month to month living off a welfare check without looking for work.

2: Usually panhandles around banks and downtown areas anyone they see (especially caucasians) for money under their warped belief that caucasians owe them everything for the past and present.

Me: You have the sense of entitlement disorder!

Politicians cut welfare and raise taxes but their own sense of entitlement leads them to award themselves huge pay increases and enormous pensions for a few years' work.
