A sghetti is an italian who eats all of your food and breaks all of your stuff. The word itself comes from the word spaghetti which is their food of choice.
Sghetti if you don't quit eating all of my food I am going to deport your ass back to Italy!
Ryan is such a sghetti, he has broken my computer, my xbox controllers, my head phones and on top of all that he ate all of my mom's klondike bars...bastard.
