What is Shibe?

1.) to stab someone in the back
2.) to rat out someone
3.) to sell someone out
one of the lowest forms of "tattling" with no real gain to the shiber.
derives from an infamous character (name witheld) who hangs out at the local bars, gets to know all the kids, figuring out those of which who are underage, then alerting the bartender, thus getting them kicked out.
a nasty, nasty, word.
bitch/asshole: "I saw you cheating on that Spanish test. I had to tell the teacher."
victim: "Dude, you totally shibed me! Uncool!"
