A group of non political violent, very aggressive skinhead gang. Acknowledged as the most violent skinhead gang in Chicago with ties to other inner city gangs and in prison throughout Illinois.

If the Shoc (skin Heads of Chicago) Boys don't get you on the street they will get you on the "inside".
