What is Shotokan't?

A term used in Street Fighter described to be a person who can't play as anyone else for their life and pisses people off by using the Shotokans (Ryu, Ken, Akuma) and either:

a. Fireball spam and when near, shoryuken or leg sweep

b. Jump, sweep kick, repeat.

c. Constant shoryukens

Mark: Dude, that ass keeps jumping and kicking me. I can't block it.

Will: He's a Shotokan't
