Noun. a person representing non actualities in races, i.e. someone who says they are of a certain race but is actually of another; someone of racist nature that may speak the truth about ethnical stereotypes
That guy in my spanish class is such a sicheng, he makes fun of mexicans while rapping and acting black...but he's actually 100% Chinese.
What a sicheng...he's a black K K K member who hopped the fence to get into the US from China.
