What is Skankymuffin?

A person who is not necessarily pretty, yet dresses slutty. A person who performs acts that are "Skanky" such as: Making out with someone you're not going out with, Perpetuating an aura of sluttiness, Or if the above are not present; carries the title of slut or whore. People who are sluts and whores can also be labeled as Skankymuffins.
