that one gooberof a person who is always a few minutes behind in the conversation and tries to poke in like they know what's up. these people are usually goofy, slow to catch on, and ignored in the conversation. when they have something to say, the topic has loooong been changed and everyone kind of gives them that look like, "....huh?"
