What is Skeetrolling?

Just like rickrolling except instead of linking to a video you either do it conversations or through text messaging etc. It usually works best when you create an intricate and realistic-sounding story and then ask "and guess what he/she said/did etc.?" When your concerned listener says what, you respond with skeet skeet skeet.
"The other day I was going through the drive-through and you know they normally say please pull up top the next window after you place your order? Well, guess what the lady said?"
"What?"
"Skeet skeet skeet."
