What is Sketchican?
a creepy/sketchy mexican who dirves arround in a gardeners truck and whistles/hoots/licks his lips/shouts crude remarks at passing girls.
sketchican: "hey mama you looking fine" *whistles* and stares until the stoplight changes green and they have to go.
