What is Skype Psych?

When you and another person decide on a time to video chat with each other through Skype, and the other person bails or forgets. It's usually traumatic to the person who got ditched because the probability is high that you and the other person are far apart and/or have not seen each other in a long time.
Jenny: "This is the second time Meghan has Skype psyched me! I'm sad because she's like three states away!"
Mindy: "Just wait. Maybe she'll come around."
