What is Slo-mo Changing?

The act of removing your clothes while drunk, and later excusing the act by saying you we're only slo-mo changing. You take off your clothes but say you were just changing, very slowly.
Katie, why were you stripping last night at the party? I wasn't stripping, I was Slo-Mo changing!
