What is Sloppy Gator?

A University of Florida Fan that has imbibed too much alcohol either before, during or after a football game, during the weekend or any day of the week in which one is drinking and exhibits some or all of the following qualities: rambling, yelling, the inability to stand on two feet, slurring of words, constantly falling down, vomiting, urinating ones self, and lacking a sense of general direction.
"Remember the time Parrish got drunk and ended up sleeping in his truck and the cop that found him told him that nobody likes a sloppy gator?"
