What is Slurpytech?

the operator of a convenience store who typically refuses to put paper in the printer of the "self-service pay at the pump" gas pump and thus forces the customer to walk across the parking lot and stand in line at the cash register just to get a receipt for the gas purchased by paying at the pump.
Same operator may greet customers by saying "I am sorry the slurpy machine is broken. Would you like to buy a lottery ticket"
Dude, I stopped at the JiffyMart and bought gas and as always the slurpytech was too cheap to have paper in the gas pump so I had to stand in line inside the store for 15 minutes while people bought 15 different scratch off tickets. Lame, cheap slurpytech.
