Smackasisitosis is a chronic affliction that cause temporary to permanent retardation, predominantly in Russian males. This is often the root cause of previous undiagnosed causes of retardation, and other mental illness. It is very common to assume someone with Smackasisitosis has actually been huffing gasoline, smoking crack, or simply received a serious blow to the head: the symptoms are virtually identical.
