Someone ridiculous, usually thinking they possess a good trait when they are the opposite. This isn't like someone thinking their penis is huge when it is an inch long, this is more like someone thinking their hair looks cool when they look like a hedgehog.
Jack: Hey everyone, doesn't my hair look cool?
Caroline: Dear God, did you get electrocuted? We should get him to a hospital.
Jack: No, I like it like this. It's stylish.
Caroline: No it isn't. You're a snurka.
