What is Society Of The Twilight?

A group organized to create a strong pranking cell in a town, in which its members engage in pranks across the town no matter the receiver, even if it is a member, everyone is free game. The society allows for those most proud to share their talents, and accomplishments with those of common interests in this science. Following a strict 'Within Reason' code.
"Only rule, don't talk about it."
'Within Reason' is dictated by the mini cells themselves, there is no common code of conduct.
Pranksters version of Fight club. No matter a persons status we are all fair game.
The Society of the Twilight has given the common prankster a home and brethren to relate to and understand.
