Soilie Edit Meaning

Describes a particular type of homeless person, typically between the ages of 20 & 40. Healthy & able to work but choosing not to as an act of "resistance" (laziness), soilies are the dirty street people that fancy themselves as anarchists and occasionally organize to engage in protests and/or destructive actions. They often have dogs and travel in small packs.

Last week a bunch of Freegans & Wookies got together at the courthouse to protest consumer culture, but it quickly deteriorated into a soilie riot.
