CHI O etc) . usually with shoulder-length hair, side-bangs down, and a half pony-tail poofed up a RIDICULOUS amount. some will actually take the time to get ready and wear them to class with their giant prada bags, chanel sunglasses, t-shirts with letters etc. the also wear them to frat parties (SAE)

it makes them look like fucking retards wherever they go.
