What is Soutar?

Verb: to do a 'Soutar'. Doing a 'Soutar' involves having a roster of five to six stories, and telling them incessantly, to anyone, preferabley to people you have already told the story to a number of times.
A: "You know I wathced Resevoir Dogs in my pyjamas with..."
B: "Keith Buckley, I know. You're doing a Soutar."
