In competion with South Central High are: J.H. Rose High, D.H. Conely High, Adyen-Grifton High, and Farmville Central High. South Central is the newest school in Pitt County, and the highest in drop out rate. Also, their justification for blocking most websites is it is a "bad site." Nothing more.
