What is Spaggard?

An amalgamation of spack and blaggard, but retaining most of the former's meaning.

A clumsy or cackhanded person, prone to acting like a retard, whether intentionally or no.

It is generally used without any other words - i.e. you wouldn't say 'you are a spaggard', just 'spaggard'.
