One who treats employees rudely or unfairly, usually with conceit and/or sarcasm. They're the reason waiters spit in food at restaurants, and will therefore end up eating spit in their lifetime.
"Did that customer just bitch at you about how much fat was in her bacon?"
"Yeah. What a spit eater..."
