an older lady who spends time in singles bars trying to pick up guys who are closer to the age she was when she first started hanging out in bars. Usually chain smoking low priced cigarettes, and the second hand smoke is her "steam". Especially common in the rural south.
"Yeah, Tom's bachelor party was a real blast. Cory was so hammered he ended up going home with some steambeast who had to be at least 50."
