What is Stikaloo?

A stikaloo is a person who is paid by advertisers to slap stickers onto random peoples faces. Stikaloos are also some times seen as dangerious and for that reason there is the stikaloo police, they moderate and keep stikaloos in place.
*SLAP!* jimmy- OH MY GOD WHAT WAS THAT! ( he reached up and feels a sticker on his face) NO! It can't be! THERE IS A STIKALOO ON THE LOOSE!!!!
