being of the stoner mentality, without actually smoking pot
someone who plays hacky sack and disk golf and enjoys computer games, and possibly somewhat paranoid without the use of drugs, namely marijuana. Also usually has very liberal views without the political education to find their own opinion on large scale political issues.
Joe hangs out with the local potheads, doing everything they do, except smoke pot. He is therefore stonalistic.
