What is Strugatzed?

1) To blackout during or after a company event or happy hour, lose your phone or blackberry, make your girlfriend believe you're cheating on her and come in to work the next day worrying that you may not have a job.
2) To bend the rules or completely ignore common decency and morals to the point where you screw over one or many people in order to slightly benefit your own good
3) To show no moral fiber
1) "Oh man, last night I went out with my boss and got totally strugatzed...I had to throw up in the handicrapper when I got to the office this morning"
2) "He totally strugatzed me man"
