What is Superscore?

Your highest score in each section of the SAT, if you took it more than once.

Most college admissions officials say they look exclusively at this, not your individual tests.

I took the SAT twice and got 1980 and 2050, but my superscore is a 2130. Pwnage!

The University of California system (UCs) are a notable part of the few schools that don't superscore.
