What is Surf Mode?

Happens when a player of a mmorpg freaks out in an emo ball of rage, and starts spamming game forums with statements like "aaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh!!!!!!111!!!!11!!11!!!11!!! i hate you/..... i hate you /life.", after being ridiculed for starting a noob thread in a different part of the forums. "Surfmode" is Cargan Mode x 10.
Did you hear what Mike did? He freaked out and went all Surf mode on us in the forums yesterday. I'm surprised he's not banned yet!
