What is Susen?

Is tall, pakhta, and usually sounds like a man. She sometimes has a seductive voice and can be very entertaining to talk to. Will usually say words like: don't boost, care, and don't get gassed. Usually a farak too.
Alex: I got a susen on the phone. She sounded hot but had a pizza face.
Alan: No way. I talked to a susen last night. She said she was wearing pajamas and I jizzed in my pants.
