What is Swallow Through?

Similar to a follow throughbut via the mouth. When you burp in a public place and vomit unexpectedly rises up the throat. In order to avoid embarrassment the only solution is to swallow it back down.

Boy: Coughs and then swallows quickly.

Girl: "You ok?"

Boy: "Got any mints? I think I just had a swallow through"

Girl: Walks off with a look of disgust
