A game created by Capcomthat was not released in America. In the year 2000 a group of people known as Gaijincompletely translated and localized the game.

The game's elements are reflected in Resident Evil, even though the game was created years before. Some speculate that this is the first survival horror game by Capcom, and spawned the rest later.

This game is unavailable in cartridgeform. Only Roms exist.
