This is when a someone decides that a symbol and an emblem must be the same thing and decides it's easier to just say symblem.
Mrs. X "So what is the sign thingy for Wales again?"
Mrs. C "Oh well the
symblem for Wales is the daffodil of course"
Smarty pants "That's a new 1 I didn't know you could get such a thing as a symblem!haha"
