A natural whipping move by most Pokemon. A strong anal thrust by the Pokemon would whip the opposite Pokemon, where the whipping action will lower the defenses of the opposite Pokemon. Usually the start of all Pokemon-related sexually transmitted disease.
It will definitely give any Pokemon trainer a boner, even Misty, when Dragonite tail whips Metagross, and vice versa.
No matter how many times you're whipped, you will never get hurt, and this is easily explained by the presence of an orgasm.
