What is Tashbrown?

A person of short stature who may or may not contain the ability to do any work whatsoever. To date, there has been no evidence of work being done by a tashbrown, but some optimists speculate that it is within the realm of possibility.
Wow, he's not doing any work. That guy is such a tashbrown.
