Generally used by someone who either A) is high or B) has a speech impediment, Taunba is the more condensed form of "What are you talking about?" Simply repeat it to yourself. "Taunba?" Isn't that better?
Person A: Hey, are you sneaking a second hit? I could have sword I just saw you hit that bowl.
Person B: Taunba?
