What is Taupok?

In which a pack of males fling themselves, one of top of another, upon a victim lying prostrate on the ground. Said males tend to be in the 14-19 age group, and to have had an all-boys education at at least one stage of their lives.
The taupok may or may not be consensual, but this is of little consequence.
Motives are, ahem, wide-ranging.
