Derogatory remark made to a co-worker or subordinate when they are sloughing off, acting put out for simply doing their job or demonstrates utter incompetence. Phrase can also be directed at superiors with likely outcome of rapid descent into unemployment.
Associate: "Hey did you send out that revised analysis to the client?"
Analyst: "Uhh, kinda..."
Associate: "Kinda or did ya?"
Analyst: "I'm sending it right now."
