a phrase used to express boredom or the fact that you don't really care; said with either a snarky sarcastic tone or a fake-enthusiastic tone
for emphasis, you can also say "that's SUPER exciting!"
Person 1: "...and then, I got my test, and it was, like, an A, and I was like, sooooo, happy!"
Person 2: "That's exciting."
Person 1: "...and then, I watch paint dry, for like, three whole hours! OMG!"
