What is The Burkett?

A horrible sandwich, made with a grilled cheese, a deep fried fish patty, a scoop of fresh tuna, and some tartar sauce (for the fish). Oh yea, and the sweat of a nervous man.
A homeless man would rather lick his own filthy asshole than eat The Burkett.
