the attempts of a member of the male species to "get with" or "pull" a member of the opposite sex, using slimy, dirty, and disturbing tactics to reach the end goal. normally culminating in "freaking out" the target, and therefore causing extensive psychological damage to the person involved. examples of various tactics used are back stabbing, hot-bed jumping, and "comforting".
