When the man is ready to blow his load, he pulls out and blows it in his hand. He then smacks the woman on the face, leaving a white hand. She looks like the White Hand of Sauron on the Orks from The Lord of the Rings when it's done.
You should have seen her face after I gave her the hand of Sauron last night.
