1. a hairstyle that is not quite a mullet but not pretty either. It comes naturally when someone with short hair lets it grow out without a trim. down to the shoulders in the bottom of the back and 'bangs' are about to eyebrows and parted down the middle. Named after my friend in 5th grade and his hair.
You don't have to go to a nice salon to get the randy.
