**Note: Reccomended to be standing while attempting this maneuver in order to get more power.
When you're about to recieve oral sex from a girl, tuck your erection behind you (much like when executing mangina or the fruit basket)and as she attempts to find it, release the mangina-hold which in turn should strike the un-expecting victim in the chin, possibly rendering her unconcious.
**Note: it helps to give a little pelvic thrust when relasing mangina in order to give it a little more power.
You've just fallen victim to the Uppercut.
