a scene girl who has multicolored hair, lots of makeup, and way too many fucking piercings in her face. she's often under 18 and she claims to be the Hello Kitty Princess, or HKP. since she's underage, she can't do anything really fun, so she can usually be found loitering outside Hot Topic or downtown Hickory, NC. she has thousands of myspace friends and girls all over the country want to be just like her. she thinks she's awesome but in reality she just looks really really dumb.
