What is Tondge?

A tondge can be used to describe someone who thinks people actually listen and care what they say and do. It is also used to talk down to a person behind their back after they have committed an error of normal functionality.
"I can't believe he's been banging on all day about how many times he's done this camping lark before, yet he turns up without his tent and cooking gear. What a fucking tondge!"
