(v) TRIFY: to calculate obsessively after an exam is passed back, or recently finished in order to keep oneself sane and/or to verify if one's GPA (grade point average) is still in tact, decreased, or increased.
(n) TRIFICATION: the act of calculating like an uber-nerd, by the likes of Tri Chiem (holla!), in order to predict a class rank or to calculate the amount of "Academic" spacing allowed to reach a 89.5 Semester GPA for a certain AP or Honors accelerated class. SLANG: Trifies.
(v) Dude, I so bombed that Government AP test. Let me trify some numbers and I'll get back to you, man. Holy shit!
